3rd ANNUAL TOYS FOR TOT'S
CHARITY CHRISTMAS
TOURNAMENT

Team RBI
Baseball will host a Charity Tournament November, 7-8, 2009. Our goal is to help less fortunate
children and their families during the holidays and bring a smile to the local
children's faces.
The event
will have a $125.00 entry fee. Each manager, assistant coaches and
players provides a minimum $10.00 for a new toy still in the
manufactures container. Your team may
choose instead of donating toys may write a separate check instead. Make the
donation check payable to Team RBI Baseball (no cash tractions please). Example
Toys for Tot's minimum of $10.00 per player, manager and assistant
coaches ($10.00 X 10 players and 4 coaches = $140.00).
Admission
fee is $5.00 per day for adults. $3.00
per day for Senior Citizens and children 9-12 years of age. Children
8 and under free admission for this charity tournament only.
The format
for this tournament is pool play into single elimination. All games will have 1 hour and 30 minute time
limit unless there is a tie at the end of the game. Please note that
the Umpires are donating their time to call the games. This charity event is
designed to give something back to our community and allow teams to participate
in a good atmosphere, sportsmanship and to have fun. There will be awards
given. Your team will help make a joyful time for less fortunate children and
their families in our community during this holiday season.
